Awareness Golf: The Ancient Art of Meditation Can Improve Your Golf (and Your Life)
Mindfulness meditation helps to overcome distraction, emotional upheaval, and negativity. Participants will work on their golf swing, and how to promote freedom and precision in their game.

In this program participants will learn how meditation can overcome distraction, emotional upheaval, and negativity. Participants will work on their golf swing and learn how their different learning styles require different approaches to good ball striking. We will also bring mindfulness to the course by playing 18 holes at Mountain Golf Club. Overall we will be working with how to promote freedom and precision in one's game.

CANCELLATION POLICY Deposits will be refunded up to 30 days prior to the program, less a 10% administration fee. Deposits will be 50% refunded up to 10 days prior to the program. There is no refund of deposits for cancellations less than 10 days before the start of a program.
